American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

I hate that I love this one specific sandwich on their menu cause this might be one of the most poorly run bagel shops i’ve ever come across, food is good but half the time you walk in they’re out of almost every bagel, i get being busy but i should never have to wait 30+ minutes for a bagel and have multiple times. Don’t go if you need a quick bite but the bagels are good.

ustomer service upon arrival. I ordered a DoorDash from them on 5/13. My food was not only incorrect, but my bagel was burnt and inedible. I reached out to the manger, Jeff I believe and over the phone he was pleasant and assured that I could come in anytime in the near future to get my order remade. I came in 5/25 waited at the ordering area for about 10 minutes, no one came to help. Went to the counter and asked for the manager who said, “yeah I remember but you need to wait”. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes without placing my order. I then waited until all the customers who were here prior to me to receive their order before asking him if it would take a minute before I could place my order and he rudely said, “Yes, it will if I’m being honest. That was a long time ago” (mind you that was less than two weeks ago). One of the chefs was nice enough to even come up to the counter and ask if I needed help, but let it just be the manager working he has a completely different attitude in person than over the phone. I was extremely disappointed because I frequent this place, but then had been the second time I’ve received a burnt bagel and seems as if customer service has went d

it’s pretty mediocre. the only plus is that the bagels are large and the place is fairly clean. they close pretty early compared to other restaurants and the sandwiches don’t really have flavor. there was eggshell still in the sandwich too. it was also pricey for just a bagel. probably not coming back and i don’t recommend.

Great place to come and get a bagel, sandwich bagel with a coffee or juice. Staff was super friendly, and you can taste test the cream cheese spreads like you are in an ice cream store. The bagels flavors to choose from were amazing, with positive reviews from the whole family. Store is very clean including the bathrooms. They offer a discount to Military, 1st responders, and teachers. Highly recommend stopping in on Game Day Morning!!!

As most reviewers mentioned, the food (we ordered breakfast sammys) were decent although the bagels were on the tough side. Their Ice Coffee was terrible. Needed more actual coffee. It was basically 85% milk/water/ice and 15% coffee. However the efficiency of the service sucks. The people working there are friendly enough but their system lacks efficiency. They struggle getting orders correct and out quickly. Management needs to come up with a better solution to the egg/meat cooking to prep phase. Major delays in that process. The place also lacks proper ventilation and so it stinks like burnt bagels/food which makes you not want to sit and eat inside. If they seriously improve their efficiency and ventilation, it would be a decent place. Until then, I can’t recommend.
